Health Rocks! is a 4-H Healthy Life Series curriculum designed to reduce tobacco, alcohol, and drug use among younger youth ages 8-12 as well as ages 12-14. Health Rocks! engages youth and adults in partnership to develop and implement community strategies that promote healthy lifestyle choices.
University of Illinois Cook County Extension 4-H program uses Health Rocks!, a National 4-H curriculum, in many schools, camps, and youth programs to encourage youth to adopt healthy behaviors.
